ReturnGO provides powerful analytics tools to help you understand and optimize your returns process. The analytics dashboards offer clear, visual representations of your return and order data, giving you actionable insights into customer behavior and return patterns.

What are order analytics?

Order analytics help you understand how return trends relate to the orders they originated from. By analyzing order-level return data, you can uncover patterns in customer behavior and identify opportunities to optimize your products, policies, and customer experience.

What are return analytics?

Return analytics focus on your return activity, helping you track trends across return reasons, methods, and outcomes. These insights enable you to monitor return performance, reduce refund rates, and encourage alternatives like exchanges or store credit.

What’s the difference between return analytics and order analytics?

The Order Analytics page shows return data based on orders placed during the selected timeframe, regardless of when the items were returned. In contrast, the Return Analytics page shows return data based on returns made during the selected timeframe, regardless of when the original orders were placed.

This difference allows you to analyze returns from two perspectives:

  • Order Analytics focus on orders placed within a specific timeframe and how many of them were eventually returned.
  • Return Analytics focus on the return activity that happened within a specific timeframe, regardless of when the original order occurred.

How often is the analytics data refreshed?

Analytics data is updated daily and reflects information up to the previous day. This ensures that you are viewing the most current and accurate insights available.

Can I export data from the analytics dashboard?

Yes. You can click the download icon on each chart or graph within the analytics dashboard to export the data into a CSV file. This is useful for quick analysis of individual metrics.

What reports can I download?

You can generate and download comprehensive reports for use in analytics, accounting, tax reporting, and other business operations. These reports include detailed data on RMAs, store credits, transactions, return shipments, tracking, and billing. They are provided in spreadsheet format, making them easy to save, analyze, and share.
