To set up Ship by ReturnGO, you don’t need to integrate or set up any additional services. If you have Ship by ReturnGO included in your plan, you can immediately access it within the ReturnGO dashboard and apply it to a return method.
Starting March 10, 2025, any new merchants who select the Starter plan are required to use Ship by ReturnGO. For all other plans, it is the default shipping solution.
If you are an existing ReturnGO user and would like access to Ship by ReturnGO, simply select a new plan from the Subscription Plans page, or contact ReturnGO to enable it.
