The Credits page provides a detailed view of your customers’ discount codes, store credit balances, and gift cards, enabling you to monitor and manage issued credits effectively.
You can search by Customer ID to quickly locate a customer’s credit information and manage their balance as needed.
Credits List
On the Credits page, you’ll find a table displaying all customer credit details with the following columns:
- ID: A unique identifier for each credit record.
- Customer ID: The unique ID of the customer. Clicking the Customer ID takes you to the customer’s profile on your eCommerce platform.
- Discount Code: The discount code associated with the credit. Clicking the Discount Code takes you to the discount page for that specific order in your eCommerce platform.
- Credits: The total credit amount available for the customer.
- Gift Cards: The value of any gift cards issued to the customer.
- Actions: Options to manage and adjust credits.
Adjust Credit Balance
You can adjust a customer’s store credit balance directly from the Credits page.
To adjust the credit balance:
- Go to Analytics > Credits.
- Click the action icon next to the credit record you want to adjust.
- In the pop-up that appears, adjust the necessary details:
- Select whether to issue or withdraw credits.
- Specify the exact amount to be issued or withdrawn.
- Add a note explaining why you adjusted the customer’s credit balance.
- Click ADJUST BALANCE to save your changes.
Download Reports
To download a report of customer credits:
- Go to Analytics > Credits.
- Click REPORT.
- Choose where to save the sheet on your device.
- Rename the sheet if necessary.
- Click SAVE.
