If you are switching to ReturnGO from another return management system, you might want to import your existing RMAs to keep track of ongoing or recent returns and to prevent duplicate return requests from customers.
Importing Old RMAs
ReturnGO supports importing RMAs from a previous returns management system. However, keep in mind that importing old RMAs is limited. In order to ensure a seamless transition and minimize issues, it is recommended to keep both your old and new return systems running in parallel until all in-progress returns in the old system are fully resolved.
How to Import Old RMAs
To import RMAs from your previous system, please contact ReturnGO support with your exported RMA data in CSV format. The ReturnGO team will assist you with the import process.
Supported Platforms for RMA Imports
Currently, ReturnGO supports importing RMAs from the following platforms:
- Loop Returns
- Returnly
- Return Magic
- Rich Returns
- Return Rabbit
You will need to export the RMAs from your previous system into a CSV file and contact ReturnGO to import it for you.
Limitations
While ReturnGO supports importing RMAs from up to 3 years back, it is recommended to import data from the past 3 months only.
Importing older RMAs may result in incomplete analytics, and some imports may fail if the original products or variants no longer exist in your store.
Note: Imported RMAs will be assigned a single policy rule in ReturnGO and will not have automation or advanced workflow features applied.
