Integration With Kexpress

ReturnGO integrates with Kexpress to help you manage your return shipping.

Kexpress is an Israel-based shipping carrier that is available only to stores based in Israel, offering return pickup services.

The ReturnGO-Kexpress integration supports:

Requirements

This integration is currently in beta and not yet available to all merchants. Apply to join the beta.

To link your Kexpress account to ReturnGO, you will need:

  • Kexpress Customer ID
    • I.e 12345
  • Kexpress API Token

Linking Your Kexpress Account to ReturnGO

To link your Kexpress account to ReturnGO:

  1. Go to Integration > Products & Services.
  2. Click on ADD PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

  3. Choose Kexpress from the drop-down list.
  4. Click on the green check mark.

  5. Enter your credentials.
  6. Click CONNECT.

Adding the Integration to a Return Method

Once you've connected the integration, you'll need to add it to a return method:

  1. Go to Settings > Return Methods.
  2. Open the Ship with pre-paid label section.
  3. Click ADD RETURN METHOD or select a return method to edit.

  4. Open the Shipping Label Settings section.
  5. Set Connection to Kexpress.
  6. Select a service level.

  7. Verify your return address and shipping instructions.
  8. Click on the save icon to save your changes.

Exchanges

Kexpress offers a unique Double service (Kfula in Hebrew) for handling exchanges. This service allows a seamless swap of returned and new items in a single trip.

Here's how it works:

  1. The courier collects the new replacement items from your warehouse.
  2. The courier delivers the new items to the customer and collects the returned items at the same time.

Since everything happens in one trip, the process is faster and more efficient, reducing transit time and simplifying logistics.
