Ship by ReturnGO provides Australian merchants with a seamless way to handle both domestic and international return shipments. Using a wide range of local and international carriers, businesses can easily manage returns to and from Australia.

Return Tracking

Ship by ReturnGO supports return tracking for all carriers. This ensures that both you and your customers can monitor the progress of return shipments in real-time.

International Returns

Ship by ReturnGO enables you to handle both domestic and international returns.

Commercial invoices are automatically included for all international shipments, streamlining the customs process. This ensures that you don’t need to worry about additional paperwork when shipping returns from international customers.

Billing and Currency

You will be billed in your local currency for return labels unless you request otherwise. This ensures that your billing is simple and convenient, reducing confusion and extra fees related to currency conversion.

Australia Shipping FAQs

Can I charge my customers for returns?
You have complete control over the return label fees that you charge your customers. You can set the amount of fees to a fixed amount or percentage, and decide in which cases to charge fees and in which cases to offer free returns.

  

Can I get personalized return shipping rate estimates?
To receive an estimate for return shipping rates with Ship by ReturnGO, simply fill out the rate estimate form, and we will get back to you with a quote based on your specific shipping needs.

  

Is Australia Post supported by Ship by ReturnGO?
While Australia Post is not currently supported via Ship by ReturnGO, it is expected to be implemented by the end of Q2 2025.

In the meantime, merchants on the Premium plan and above can instead use the direct integration between ReturnGO and Australia Post for return Australian shipments.
