Ship by ReturnGO Billing

Labels generated by Ship by ReturnGO are billed through your Wallet.
When using the Wallet, label charges are automatically deducted from your wallet balance as they are generated. These transactions appear in your Wallet History on the Billing page.
Important Notes
- All labels generated will be billed to your account. There is currently no test mode for label generation.
- If you do not have a Wallet set up or your Wallet does not have a sufficient balance, you will not be able to generate labels. In such cases, an error message will appear in the RMA timeline
For multiple stores:

If a child store does not have its own Wallet, Ship by ReturnGO labels will be charged through the parent store’s Shopify account, not through the parent’s Wallet.

If a child store has its own Wallet, Ship by ReturnGO labels will be charged directly through the child store’s Wallet instead of the parent store’s Shopify account.
Viewing Ship by ReturnGO Billing
On the Billing page, you can see how much you were charged for labels each month. To view the relevant details and costs, click VIEW LABELS to open the Return Shipments page with the right filters in place for that month.

On the Return Shipments page, you can track all the labels and view a detailed breakdown, including individual costs and service levels used.
The label cost displayed reflects the total amount billed for that shipping label. We recommend using the Wallet as your primary payment method for Ship by ReturnGO labels.

Wallet
The Wallet is a prepaid balance that is required to pay for return shipping labels generated through Ship by ReturnGO. Label charges are automatically deducted from your wallet balance.
You can add credits manually or enable automatic recharges to ensure your wallet maintains sufficient funds.
Note: Only return label charges are deducted from the Wallet. All other ReturnGO charges, such as subscription fees and excess return usage, continue to be billed through your existing billing method.
On the Billing page, you can access Wallet History to view all wallet transactions, including recharges, label deductions, and balance updates.
Download Shipments Reports
You can download a report of your return shipments directly from the Return Shipments page.
To download the shipments report:
- Go to Analytics > Return Shipments.
- Filter the shipments to show the shipments you want a report on.

- Click REPORT.

Shipping Price Adjustments
The label cost at the time of label generation is based on estimated values for weight, dimensions, and packaging. When the package is brought to the post office for shipping, the label cost may need to be adjusted based on the actual weight and size of the package.
If such a situation occurs, the shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly, and the adjustment will be charged separately to your account and appear in your billing at the end of the month.
Tip: To minimize adjustments, ensure the default product weight and dimensions are accurately set in your return methods.
Shipping Size Limits
Each shipping carrier supported by Ship by ReturnGO has its own size and weight restrictions. If you have concerns about shipping size limits, please contact ReturnGO support.
