Labels generated by Ship by ReturnGO are charged as usage on a monthly basis.
How Billing Works
Billing for Ship by ReturnGO is processed through your Shopify billing cycle, keeping all your charges in one place. To use an alternate different billing method, contact ReturnGO.
Label transactions are recorded daily in Shopify for all stores. While daily charges may appear, the total is only invoiced at the end of your Shopify billing cycle.
Note: An additional 15% fee is applied to labels billed through Shopify due to Shopify's service fees.
Important Notes
- All labels generated will be billed to your account. There is currently no test mode for label generation.
- Labels are billed on a monthly basis.

Viewing Ship by ReturnGO Billing
On the Billing page, you can see how much you were charged for labels each month. To view the relevant details and costs, click VIEW LABELS to open the Return Shipments page with the right filters in place for that month.
On the Return Shipments page, you can track all the labels and view a detailed breakdown, including individual costs and service levels used.
Download Shipments Reports
You can download a report of your return shipments directly from the Return Shipments page.
To download the shipments report:
- Go to Analytics > Return Shipments.
- Filter the shipments to show the shipments you want a report on.
- Click REPORT.

Note: The total on your ReturnGO Shipments report may not always match your final billing amount. This difference may occur due to Shopify’s 15% fee, which is applied separately.
