Edit the return address to which you want items to be returned, per return method.
Editing the Return Address for Ship with Pre-Paid Label Return Methods
To edit the return address in the ship with pre-paid label return method:
- Go to Settings > Return Methods.
- Open the Ship with pre-paid label section.
- Click the pencil icon on the right of the return method to configure it.
5. Select the address from the Return Address drop-down.
7. Enter the required details in the boxes provided.
Note: Since some carrier platforms do not accept special characters, it’s recommended to remove any special characters and extra spaces in all fields in your return address.
8. Click on the save icon to save your changes.
Tip: Check each section to see if all required fields are filled out. The save icon will not appear if there is missing information. It will show an exclamation mark instead, as shown in the screenshot below, and the required fields will be highlighted in red.
Editing the Return Address for Ship with Any Carrier Return Methods
To edit the return address in the ship with any carrier return method:
- Go to Settings > Return Methods.
- Click SHIP WITH ANY CARRIER.
- Click the pencil icon on the right of the return method to configure.
4. Open the Shipping Instructions section.
5. Edit the content with your updated return address.
6. Click on the save icon to save your changes.
Editing the Return Address in No Shipment Required or Return to Location Return Methods
In most cases, your return address is not used in either of the no shipment required or return to drop-off location return methods.
However, you still have the option to mention it in the shipping instructions if you'd like.
To add the return address to the shipping instructions:
- Go to Settings > Return Methods.
- Open the Return to drop-off location section.
- Click the pencil icon on the right of a return method to configure it.
5. Edit the content to add your return address and any other instructions.
6. Click on the save icon to save your changes.
