Configuring Your Store's Time Zone, Date, and Formats

Setting the time zone in your ReturnGO dashboard ensures that all RMA-related actions and transactions are displayed according to your store's specific time, making it easier to manage returns and track their progress accurately.

What is the Store Time Zone?

The Store Time Zone setting enables you to specify the timezone in which your store operates. This setting affects the date and time displayed for various actions within the ReturnGO dashboard, such as RMA creation, updates, and customer communications. 

How to Configure Your Store Time Zone

To configure your store time zone:

  1. Go to Settings > Store Settings.
  2. Open the Store Information section.

3. Select your store's timezone from the dropdown menu.
4. Click on the save icon to save your changes.

Date and Time Format

In addition to the time zone, you can also configure the date and time format displayed in the ReturnGO dashboard. This allows you to customize the presentation of dates and times to align with your preferences or regional standards.

To configure the date and time format:

  1. Go to Settings > Store Settings.
  2. Open the Store Information section.

3. Select your preferred formats from the Date Format and Time Format dropdowns.
4. Click on the save icon to save your changes.

Note: Changing the time zone will not affect the time and date format in the Analytics reports. The time zone in Analytics reports will use UTC, and the date format will not be affected.
