[3PL/WMS Integrations](https://support.returngo.ai/other-integrations?hsLang=en#3pl-wms-integrations) # 3PL/WMS Integrations Overview Last Updated: May 20, 2026 ReturnGO enables you to connect your existing 3PL/WMS accounts so that your warehouse knows when to expect incoming return shipments, and ReturnGO receives updates on the condition of returned items. ### Integration Flow [**3PL/WMS integrations**](https://support.returngo.ai/other-integrations?hsLang=en) facilitate the seamless flow of information between your warehouse management system or third-party logistics provider and the ReturnGO platform. Once a return merchandise authorization (RMA) is approved in ReturnGO, these integrations ensure that your WMS/3PL system creates a corresponding return record.  Upon receiving and validating the return, your WMS/3PL provides status updates to ReturnGO, helping you maintain accurate stock levels and keep customers informed about their returns. ### Integration Functionalities  - **Automatic Return Creation:** RMAs approved on ReturnGO create return records in your WMS/3PL. - **Status Updates:** Receive real-time updates on the status and condition of returned items from your WMS/3PL. **Note:** The specific functionalities will vary from integration to integration. ### Integration Types #### Warehouse Management Systems [**Warehouse Management Systems**](https://support.returngo.ai/other-integrations?hsLang=en) (WMS) like ShipHero, RyderShip, and Deposco help manage and streamline your warehouse operations, including returns processing. ReturnGO integrates with these WMS platforms to ensure that all return-related activities are accurately tracked and managed within your warehousing system. #### 3PLs Third-Party Logistics providers such as ShipBob and ShipMonk manage your logistics operations, from storage to shipping and returns.[**Integration with 3PL**](https://support.returngo.ai/other-integrations?hsLang=en) services enables you to automate return processing, item validation updates, and inventory management. ### Connecting Your 3PL/WMS to Your ReturnGO Account To connect your 3PL or WMS to your ReturnGO account: 1. Go to **[Settings \> Integrations.](https://app.returngo.ai/dashboard/settings/integrations/products-services)** 2. Click on **ADD PRODUCT OR SERVICE.** 3. Select the relevant provider from the dropdown list. 4. Enter your credentials. 6. Just create a new integration with the relevant credentials, and then you can associate different connections for different return methods. Functionality may vary depending on your specific setup. To deactivate the integration without disconnecting the integration, click on the toggle on the integration card. ### Configuring 3PL/WMS per Return Method Configure your return methods to update the appropriate WMS/3PL for each return method, so that the relevant warehouse will be notified when an item is on its way back and can prepare and process it accordingly. To configure your 3PL/WMS per return method: 1. Go to [**Settings \> Return Methods.**](https://app.returngo.ai/dashboard/settings/return-methods) 2. Open the *Return Address and Restocking Location* section. 4.
