ReturnGO enables you to connect your existing 3PL/WMS accounts so that your warehouse knows when to expect incoming return shipments, and ReturnGO receives updates on the condition of returned items.
Integration Flow
3PL/WMS integrations facilitate the seamless flow of information between your warehouse management system or third-party logistics provider and the ReturnGO platform. Once a return merchandise authorization (RMA) is approved in ReturnGO, these integrations ensure that your WMS/3PL system creates a corresponding return record.
Upon receiving and validating the return, your WMS/3PL provides status updates to ReturnGO, helping you maintain accurate stock levels and keep customers informed about their returns.

3PLs
Third-Party Logistics providers such as ShipBob and ShipMonk manage your logistics operations, from storage to shipping and returns. Integration with 3PL services enables you to automate return processing, item validation updates, and inventory management.
Connecting Your 3PL/WMS to Your ReturnGO Account
To connect your 3PL or WMS to your ReturnGO account:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Products & Services.
- Click on ADD PRODUCT OR SERVICE.
3. Select the relevant provider from the dropdown list.
4. Click the check icon.
5. Enter your credentials.
6. Click CONNECT.
