Changing the Dashboard Language

ReturnGO enables you to process returns and exchanges in various languages. While the full ReturnGO dashboard is only available in English at this time, we do provide the key return processing pages of the dashboard in several languages.
Having these pages in different languages enables your team members to use ReturnGO's interface in their native language when processing returns, minimizing any potential confusion and errors due to language barriers.
Changing the Language
To change the language of your ReturnGO dashboard:
1. Click on your email address in the top right corner.
2. Go to My Profile.
3. Under UI Language, select your preferred language.
4. Click on the save icon to save your changes.
Translating the Portal
To give your customers a localized returns experience, you can fully translate your portal and emails into as many languages as you want.
