ERP integrations help you connect your returns data with your ERP, enabling you to streamline your process and make sure all relevant teams are up to date on the status of returns.
What is an ERP Integration?
ERP integration connects your ERP system with your returns data, enabling seamless data flow and unified operations. These integrations can be used to automate return processes, manage inventory, and enhance customer relationship management. Use ERP integrations to eliminate data silos, reduce manual effort, and achieve greater accuracy and efficiency in business operations.
Requirements
To connect your ERP system to ReturnGO, you’ll need:
- ReturnGO enterprise plan
- An ERP system account
- API credentials for authentication (e.g. API username and API key)
How to Configure an ERP Integration
To configure an ERP integration:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Products & Services.
- Click on +ADD PRODUCT OR SERVICE.
3. Select your ERP system from the drop-down list.
4. Click on the check mark to proceed.
5. Enter the required API credentials.
6. Click CONNECT.
Setting Integration Updates per Return Method
Configure your return methods to update your ERP system for each return method, so that the ERP will be notified about returns.
Note: This setting can be configured for all return method types except No shipment required.
To configure your integration per return method:
- Go to Settings > Return Methods.
- Select the return method you want to configure.
- Open the Return Address and Restocking Location section.
- Set whether to update your ERP system for this return method.
- The default is Do not update.
- If you have multiple connections, choose which one you want to update for returns that use this return method.
- Click on the save icon to save your changes.
