Integration With Refundid

ReturnGO integrates with Refundid to help you provide instant refunds. Refundid is an Australian-based instant refund solution that enables your eCommerce store to offer risk-free instant refunds.

Capabilities 

When customers select the instant refund resolution:

1. They are sent to Refundid’s portal.
   1. 1. They log in or register.
2. They receive a refund directly to their bank account within seconds and are then required to return the items. 
   1. 1. If they do not return the items within a week, Refundid revokes the refund.
3. Once you receive the returned items, you inspect them and pay back Refundid only if you’re happy with the return. 
   1. 1. If the returned item isn’t in a refundable state, you don’t pay Refundid.

Requirements 

To link your Refundid account to ReturnGO, you will need: 

• The Refundid Shopify app. 
  • • To download Refundid, reach out to merchant@refundid.com.

Linking your Refundid Account to ReturnGO 

To link your Refundid account to ReturnGO: 

1. Go to Integration > Products & Services. 
2. Click on +ADD PRODUCT OR SERVICE. 
3. Choose Refundid from the drop-down list. 
4. Click on the check mark.
5. Click CONNECT.
