Preview Mode

Preview mode is a quick way to test your return portal. It allows you to see what your customers see when issuing a return, without the effects of an actual return. 

You can launch this feature by clicking PREVIEW MODE on the Home page. 

A Preview Mode label will be visible in the upper-right corner of the return portal while in preview mode.

Preview Mode Functions 

Preview mode enables you to:

• Test your return portal with actual orders without generating a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or triggering email notifications.  
• Test your return policies and eligibility rules on different scenarios.

Requirements

Preview mode becomes available immediately after you complete the onboarding setup: 

• Set up at least one active policy rule in Settings>Return Policy. 
• Enable the eCommerce platform integration in Settings > Integration > Products & Services.
• Verify your return portal is active and accessible.
