ReturnGO issues refunds through the eCommerce platform, which has the original payment information and amount paid, and ReturnGO notifies the platform of the amount to refund and the refund method. #### Can a customer ask for a refund for more than one item? Yes, you can define how many items a customer can return at a time. #### Can a customer request a refund for different items within the same order separately? Yes, customers can return items within the same order at different times. #### How does ReturnGO offer store credit?  ReturnGO offers two types of store credit on Shopify: - **Coupon store credit:** Issued as a Shopify discount code. It is rechargeable, so you can add more credit to the same discount code. No discount code is created. Yes. You can add a bonus amount by a percentage or fixed amount to store credit or gift card refunds. You can also set a [**limit for how much bonus can be issued per RMA**](https://support.returngo.ai/refund-bonus-limits?hsLang=en). #### What is the difference between store credit and gift cards? The difference between store credit and gift cards is that store credit is a discount code connected to an account, that can only be used to pay for an item's value, can’t be used to pay for shipping and taxes, and also can’t be used alongside another discount code.  On the other hand, gift cards are codes that can be used to pay for the whole amount of the order and are treated like credit cards.  Store credit is rechargeable, so you can add more credit to the same store credit/discount code, while gift cards can’t be recharged. #### How can I see how much store credit a customer has left? You can find and adjust customers' coupon store credit under **Analytics \> Credits.** For account store credit, go to **Customers** in Shopify Admin and open the customer's profile to see their balance. #### Can I refund the original shipping cost together with the refund? You can refund the original shipping costs, along with the refund amount. Enable this setting under **[Settings \> General](https://app.returngo.ai/dashboard/settings/store)**, in the *General Returns* section, and define it per policy rule. #### Can I issue multiple refund types within the same RMA? You can only issue one refund type per RMA.
