Shipping FAQs
Last Updated: February 22, 2026
These FAQs cover how you can manage your return shipping methods, carriers, and settings to efficiently get returned items back to your warehouse.
Can I create a different return method for each shipping carrier?
Yes, you can set up your return methods with different shipping carriers
Can I specify what carrier to use based on certain conditions, such as weight or item price?
Yes, you can set return policy conditions such as weight or price in your return policy, which determine which return methods and carriers are used.
How do returns work if I have multiple warehouses?
In order to send returns to different warehouses, you can create multiple return methods with different return addresses, and set return policy rules that determine which items or customers' returns are sent to which warehouse.
Can ReturnGO handle customs information for international returns?
Yes, some carriers support automatic customs processing. However, shipments to or from U.S. military bases, which require customs information to be submitted manually, are currently not supported. You must create these labels manually in the carrier’s system and attach them to the RMA.
How is the return label fee calculated if not all items in the RMA are returned?
If an RMA contains multiple items and not all of them are returned, the return label fee is distributed evenly across all items in the RMA.
If one or more items are not returned, only the portion of the return label fee corresponding to the returned items will be deducted.
For example, if an RMA contains 4 items and the return label fee is $16, each item represents $4 of the fee. If only 3 items are returned, the system will deduct $12 instead of the full $16.
