Uninstalling ReturnGO

If you uninstall ReturnGO, a request to erase your customers’ personal information from the ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges app will be sent to ReturnGO after 48 hours unless it’s reinstalled.

To uninstall the ReturnGO return & exchange portal from Shopify:

1. Go to your Shopify Admin and click on Apps.
2. Click App and sales channel settings.

3. Click on the three dots or hover over ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges.

4. Click UNINSTALL.

To uninstall ReturnGO on other eCommerce platforms, please contact support.

Data Deletion

ReturnGO deletes all account data 48 hours after a store uninstalls ReturnGO, including RMA data, user data, and settings.
