Uninstalling ReturnGO

When you uninstall ReturnGO, a request to erase your customers’ personal information from the ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges app will be sent to ReturnGO after 48 hours unless the app is reinstalled.

To uninstall the ReturnGO return & exchange portal from Shopify:

1. Go to your Shopify Admin and click on Apps.
2. Click App and sales channel settings.

3. Click on the three dots or hover over ReturnGO Returns & Exchanges.

4. Click UNINSTALL.

To uninstall ReturnGO on other eCommerce platforms, please contact support.

Data Deletion

ReturnGO deletes all account data 48 hours after a store uninstalls ReturnGO, including RMA data, user data, and settings.

Reinstalling ReturnGO

If you reinstall ReturnGO within 48 hours of uninstalling, your account data, including settings and RMA history, will be restored automatically.

Once the app is reinstalled, you will need to reapprove your ReturnGO plan and grant the necessary permissions to continue using it.

Most of your configuration will be restored; however, some settings or features may need to be reviewed to ensure everything works as expected.

Billing

If you are on a monthly plan, Shopify will stop billing for ReturnGO once the app has been uninstalled.
