[Reports](https://support.returngo.ai/analytics?hsLang=en#reports) # Downloading Reports Last Updated: May 24, 2026 Export your RMA data and download reports to run tailored analytics, or for accounting, tax, or other business purposes. ### Download your RMA Data ReturnGO allows you to download all or a subset of your RMA data.  You’ll find this feature helpful for generating analytics and data reporting, or when you need to move your returns data elsewhere. **Note:** For Shopify stores, the product barcode is included in the RMA report CSV, enabling more accurate reconciliation and barcode-based workflows. ### How to Download Your RMA Data Report  To download a report of your RMAs: 1. Go to **[Manage Returns](https://app.returngo.ai/dashboard/returns?filter_status=all)**. 2. Filter the RMAs to show the RMAs you want a report on. 3. Choose where to save the sheet on your device. 6. Rename the sheet if necessary. 7. Click **SAVE**. **Note:** The steps for saving the report on your device will depend on the exact browser and device you are using.  Once you’ve downloaded a report, you can download the report again or generate a new one with different filters. ### Additional Reports ReturnGO offers additional reports to provide deeper insights into your returns and transactions: #### Credits Report The credits report shows store credit info and balances. To download the credits report: 1. Go to [**Analytics \> Credits.**](https://app.returngo.ai/dashboard/analytics/credits) 2. Choose where to save the sheet on your device. 4. Rename the sheet if necessary.  5. Click **SAVE**. **Note:** In the report, only customer IDs are shown for privacy reasons. #### Transactions Report The transactions report shows transactions (any movement of money i.e refunds) from customers who returned items. To download the transactions report: 1. Go to [**Analytics \> Transactions.**](https://app.returngo.ai/dashboard/analytics/transactions) 2. Filter the date to show the transactions you want a report on. 3. Filter transaction type to show the transactions you want a report on. 4. Choose where to save the sheet on your device. 6. Rename the sheet if necessary. 7. Click **SAVE**. **Note**: In the report, only customer IDs are shown for privacy reasons. **Note:** Refunds issued to store credits or gift cards are processed as credit transactions rather than order refunds. Since these refunds are based on the RMA and not on the original order, the *Order Name* field does not appear in the report for these refund types. #### Return Shipments The **[Shipments page](https://support.returngo.ai/tracking-shipments?hsLang=en)** lets you search, filter, and view key details for tracking return shipments with pre-paid label return methods. To download the shipments report: 1. Go to **[Analytics \> Shipments.](https://app.returngo.ai/dashboard/analytics/shipments)** 2. Filter the shipments to show the shipments you want a report on. 3. Choose where to save the sheet on your device. 5. Rename the sheet if necessary. 6. Click **SAVE**. #### Tracking Report The order tracking report provides detailed information about the status of tracked orders and is only available if you have both the [**Order Tracking**](https://support.returngo.ai/order-tracking?hsLang=en) product and the **[Shipments](https://app.returngo.ai/dashboard/analytics/shipments)** page. This report is downloaded from the Shipments page. #### Billing Report You can download the billing report in .csv format via the [**Billing**](https://support.returngo.ai/billing-history?hsLang=en)page. You can then open the .csv text file using spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or other applications that present data in table format. To download your billing report: 1. Click the *account* icon in the top-right corner of your ReturnGO dashboard. 2. Click **[Billing.](https://app.returngo.ai/dashboard/billing)** 3. Click **PLAN CHARGES.** 4. Choose where to save the sheet on your device. 6. Rename the sheet if necessary. 7. Click **SAVE**. ### Troubleshooting Report Processing If the report takes an unusually long time to process, this may be related to your browser cache and cookies. In such cases, a simple page refresh should resolve the issue.
