Limitations
- This page exclusively tracks return shipments and is not designed for outbound order shipments.

Using the Shipments Page
The Shipments page enables you to search, filter, and view essential details for tracking return shipments sent using Ship with pre-paid label return methods.
Search Options
You can search for shipments by:-
Tracking number

Customer email
-
Order number
-
Product name
-
SKU
Filters
You can filter shipments by:

Carrier
-
Date
-
Status, i.e All, In Transit, Late, Received
Information Displayed
The Shipments page displays the following information about each shipment:

Carrier: Displays the shipping carrier handling the return. This information is useful for tracking or verifying carrier details.

Tracking Number: Shows the return shipment's tracking number. Clicking it opens the carrier's tracking page, where you can check the shipment's real-time status.

RMA: Displays the RMA ID. This helps you identify and manage the return request associated with the shipment. Clicking it opens the RMA page for that return request.

Status: Indicates the shipment's current status, such as In Transit, Late, or Received.

Shipped Date: Shows when the return shipment was shipped.

Delivered Date: Shows when the return shipment was delivered.

Last Email Sent: Displays the most recent email sent about the return shipment.

Order Number: This shows the original order ID tied to the return shipment. This allows you to trace the return to the corresponding purchase.
