Requirements
Merchants on the Starter plan are required to use Ship by ReturnGO. For all other plans, it is the default shipping solution, but it is optional.
If you are an existing ReturnGO user and would like access to Ship by ReturnGO, simply select a new plan from the Subscription Plans page or contact ReturnGO to enable it.
Ship by ReturnGO is included in all plans, but is optional in most plans. If you're on a Premium plan or higher, you can easily connect your own shipping contracts, carriers, or aggregators to ReturnGO.

Ship by ReturnGO EU
Ship by ReturnGO EU is a separate, EU-specific version of Ship by ReturnGO, designed to help you manage return shipments across Europe and the UK using ReturnGO’s built-in shipping solution.
Ship by ReturnGO EU can be enabled upon request.

- Billing flexibility – Ship by ReturnGO offers two ways to pay for label charges: either through your eCommerce platform (such as Shopify) on a monthly basis, or automatically deducted from your Wallet at the time each label is generated.
- Credit for unused labels – When an RMA is canceled, the unused return label is automatically voided and you get credited for the label cost.

How Ship by ReturnGO Works
Ship by ReturnGO is ReturnGO's native shipping solution, seamlessly connecting behind the scenes to hundreds of carriers worldwide. Ship by ReturnGO enables you to generate return shipping labels automatically, using the most cost-effective and efficient carriers.
When a return request is made, ReturnGO automatically selects the most suitable service level (cheapest, fastest, or best value) according to your settings and generates the label or QR code.
Ship by ReturnGO is supported on all eCommerce platforms that ReturnGO supports. To set up Ship by ReturnGO on a platform other than Shopify contact ReturnGO support.
How to Enable Ship by ReturnGO
For New ReturnGO Users
If you just installed ReturnGO, Ship by ReturnGO should already be available in your account as the default return label solution. To start using it, review your return methods to ensure they are configured correctly and apply them to the relevant return policy rules. To enable Ship by ReturnGO EU, contact ReturnGO support.
For Existing ReturnGO Users
If you’re already using ReturnGO and would like access to Ship by ReturnGO, simply select a new plan from the Subscription Plans page, or contact ReturnGO to enable it.
How to Set Up Ship by ReturnGO
To set up Ship by ReturnGO, you don’t need to integrate or set up any additional services. If you have Ship by ReturnGO included in your plan, you can immediately access it within the ReturnGO dashboard and apply it to a return method.

Billing
Ship by ReturnGO labels are either charged as usage through your eCommerce platform on a monthly basis or automatically deducted from the Wallet at the time each label is generated.

Note: All labels generated will be billed to your account, as there is currently no test mode for label generation.
Label Expiration
Ship by ReturnGO labels expire 30 days after generation if they have not been used. ReturnGO automatically cancels unused labels after this period to ensure that expired labels do not incur charges.

Track all the labels and view a detailed breakdown, including individual costs and service levels used, on the Return Shipments page.
Shipping Rates
You can view Ship by ReturnGO's estimated return shipping rates for supported EU carriers here. Please note that these rates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
For other carriers, or to get a quote for Ship by ReturnGO's return shipping rates for your specific use case, please fill out the rate request form, and we’ll get back to you with an estimate.
Shipping Price Adjustments
The label cost at the time of label generation is based on estimated values for weight, dimensions, and packaging. When the package is brought to the post office for shipping, the label cost may need to be adjusted based on the actual weight and size of the package.
If such a situation occurs, the shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly, and the adjustment will be charged separately to your account and appear in your billing at the end of the month.
Tip: To minimize adjustments, ensure the default product weight and dimensions are accurately set in your return methods.

Each shipping carrier supported by Ship by ReturnGO has its own size and weight restrictions. If you have concerns about shipping size limits, please contact ReturnGO support.
