Yes, Ship by ReturnGO is available for all return resolutions. It supports every type of return option you offer, such as refunds, exchanges, and store credit.

How is Ship by ReturnGO billed?

Ship by ReturnGO labels are billed as usage on a monthly basis through Shopify (contact your account manager to explore other payment options).

Does Ship by ReturnGO support pay-on-scan labels?

When a return label is cancelled, you will receive ReturnGO credit within 10-15 business days that can be applied towards your next ReturnGO payment.

What's the difference between cheapest and best value?

The difference between Ship by ReturnGO's cheapest and best value auto-select settings is:

  • Cheapest means the system chooses the carrier and service level with the lowest cost for each label.
  • Best value means the system chooses the carrier and service level with the best combination of price, speed, and other factors.

What is the pricing for Ship by ReturnGO?

All ReturnGO merchants are eligible to use Ship by ReturnGO at no added cost.

What are Ship by ReturnGO's rates?

Where can I see a report of my Ship by ReturnGO labels?

Why is the total label cost on my Shipments report different from what I was charged?

The total on your ReturnGO Shipments report may not always match your final billing amount. This difference may occur due to Shopify’s 15% fee, which is applied separately.

Does Ship by ReturnGO support QR codes?

Ship by ReturnGO currently only supports QR codes via Canada Post, Evri, and UPS (DAP US only).

Can I use Ship by ReturnGO with my own shipping contracts?

To use your own carrier contracts, you'll need to integrate an aggregator or direct carrier instead.

Do you support Australia Post?

While Australia Post is not currently supported, it is expected to be integrated by the end of Q3 2025. Until then, merchants can use alternative carriers for return shipping needs. You can view the full list of supported carriers here.

Does Ship by ReturnGO support both domestic and international returns in Australia?
Yes, merchants can process both domestic and international returns through Ship by ReturnGO’s supported carriers in Australia.

Canada

Ship by ReturnGO supports domestic and international return shipping in Canada through carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. 

Do you support Canada Post?

Can I use Ship by ReturnGO for both domestic and international returns in Canada?
Yes, Ship by ReturnGO enables merchants to manage both local and international returns using supported Canadian carriers.

United Kingdom

Ship by ReturnGO supports domestic and international return shipping in the UK through carriers such as Evri, DPD, and other major logistics providers.

Do you support Royal Mail?

While Ship by ReturnGO does not currently support Royal Mail, integration is expected to be available by the end of Q2 2025. Until then, merchants can still choose from several alternative carriers for return shipping within the UK and internationally.
