Ship by ReturnGO EU is the EU-specific version of Ship by ReturnGO, designed to help you manage return shipments across Europe and the UK using ReturnGO’s built-in shipping solution. With access to a wide network of local and international carriers, you can easily handle returns within the European region.

Ship by ReturnGO EU currently supports the following countries:

International Returns

Ship by ReturnGO EU enables you to manage returns across Europe and the UK. Depending on the carrier, either domestic or international return shipments may be supported.

Commercial invoices are automatically included with all international shipments to help simplify the customs process. This reduces the need for manual paperwork and ensures smoother cross-border returns.

Configuring a Ship by ReturnGO EU Return Method

When Ship by ReturnGO EU is enabled, it appears as a separate connection in your ReturnGO account, alongside the regular Ship by ReturnGO.

To generate return labels via Ship by ReturnGO EU:

1. Go to Settings> Return Methods. 
2. Open the Ship with pre-paid label section.
3. Click ADD RETURN METHOD or select a return method to edit.
   
4. Open the Shipping Label Settings section.
5. Set Connection to Ship by ReturnGO EU.
   
6. Choose which carriers and service levels you want to suppor (by default all are selected).
   
7. Select whether you want the system to automatically select the cheapest, fastest, or best value carrier and service level.
   1. Cheapest - Auto-selects the cheapest carrier and service level for each label.
   2. Fastest - Auto-selects the fastest carrier and service level for each label.
   3. Best Value - Auto-selects the best carrier and service level for each label based on a combination of price, speed, and other factors.
      
      
8. Click the save icon to save your changes.

Then you can add this return method to the relevant policy rules to offer it to customers.

Billing and Currency

By default, Ship by ReturnGO labels are billed as usage on a monthly basis through your Shopify billing cycle, enabling you to keep all return label fees consolidated with your existing subscription plan charges.

As an alternative to Shopify-based billing, you can use the ReturnGO Wallet, a pre-paid balance used to pay for return shipping labels. Once a payment method is configured for your Wallet, label charges will be deducted from your Wallet.

You will be billed in your local currency for return labels unless you request otherwise.
