Thanks for installing ReturnGO!

To install ReturnGO on your Magento 2 account:

1. Add User Role

a. In the Magento admin panel, go to System -> User Roles -> Add New Role.

b. Choose a name (i.e. ReturnGO Integration).

c. Under Role Resources, set the Resource Access to ALL. (Alternatively, you can selectively decide what access to give, however, this might affect some capabilities.)

2. Add User

a. In the Magento admin panel, go to System -> All Users -> Add New User.

b. Fill out the information, and be sure to save the username and password.

c. Under User Role, select the created role.

This user’s credentials will be used for the setup of the ReturnGO account.

Note: If there is Two-Factor Authentication activated, it will need to be disabled for this user.

3. Create a ReturnGO Account

a. Provide ReturnGO with the following information:

  • Email - Will be used for the Store Owner on the ReturnGO dashboard.
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Username - of the user created in step 2
