No Shipment Required

The No Shipment Required return method enables customers to keep the item with no need to ship the item back. 

You can configure this return method’s display texts and the shipping instructions that are sent in emails. 

Configuring No Shipment Required

To configure No Shipment Required

1.  Go to Settings > Return Methods. 

2.  Open the No shipment required section.

3. Select the specific return method you want to edit, or click ADD RETURN METHOD to add a new one.

4.  In the Details section: 

          a. Edit the internal name. 

          b. Edit the display name. 

          c. Edit the description. 

          d. Set the return method type to No Shipment Required

No Shipment Required 25. In the Shipping Instructions section, edit the content as needed. 

Note: The content here will be included in the approval email when this return method is used. 

6.  Click on the save icon to save your changes.

Once set, you can start using it as the default return method for your policy rules in your Return Policy.

Note: This return method can only be used in policy rules that use manual approval, not auto-approval.
