A packing slip is a document describing the return shipment’s contents.
The packing slip contains a separate line item for each item shipped. Each line item states the product number, product description, and unit quantity shipped.
You can configure the packing slip barcode to contain the Order ID, ReturnGO RMA ID, or Warehouse RMA ID.
Requirements
This feature is available as an add-on.
- This feature does not apply to no shipment required return methods.
Configuring Packing Slips
1. Go to Settings > Return Methods.
2. Click EXPAND ALL.
3. Click the pencil icon of the return method you want to edit.
4. Open the Details section.
5. Enable the packing slip.
6. Select the barcode type.
7. Open the Shipping Instructions section.
8. Edit the instructions for your customers.
9. Click on the save icon to save your changes.
Note: Repeat steps 2 to 4 for each return method with which you want to include packing slips.
